Conditions for Returns

• Returns are accepted if there is an issue with the item (e.g., defective, damaged, incorrect item) or for any other reason within 30 days of receiving the item. This does not include items that were damaged due to customer use.
2. Original Condition:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
3. Proof of Purchase:
• A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service:
• To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 1(609 )800-2131 or info@americanrodco.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Provide details about the issue with your item and include any relevant photos if possible.
2. Return Authorization:
• Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Shipping Costs:
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
• If the return is due to an issue with the item (e.g., defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Other Reasons:
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. The original shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
4. Return Address:
• Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. Be sure to include the RMA number on the package.
Refunds
1. Inspection:
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
2. Processing Time:
• If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• For returns due to reasons other than defects or incorrect items, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Shipping Costs:
• The original shipping cost will not be refunded if the return is for reasons other than defects or incorrect items.
Exchanges
• At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items
• Wire cut to custom lengths
